R.A.D. SYSTEM™ - (Rapid Adaptive Design)

Change your lens or strap in seconds.

The Rapid Adaptive Design aka the R.A.D System consists of two components, the clip and the lens harness. The clip on each end of your goggle strap securely locks into each side of the lens harness through the frame to hold your goggle lens in place. With your lens selection in place, simply insert the strap and push until you hear the click. To release, push two buttons located on bottom and top of the strap clip.

OC274 Lens™ - (Optically true cylindrical lens with 274˚ wide view)

Injection molded cylindrical lens, free formed to be optically true for ultimate clarity and zero distortion. The thermal lens is build with a 5 layer construction equipped with 3 sided anti-fog application, anti-scratch coating and a reflection fighting mirror layer.

All Ptarmigans include two lenses. Including an all weather lens and a low light lens.

FEATHER LIGHT FRAME

Our recycle-able frame is tuned for ergonomic medium to large unisex fit. Designed to be ultra lightweight and extremely comfortable.

CORE SUPPORT

An additional Nylon gasket on the interior of the lens maintains structural integrity while enhancing performance and longevity. The lens harness on each side of the core support holds the R.A.D. system for easy strap and lens customization.

VERTICAL ACTIVE VENTING

Strategic placement of frame and lens venting creates active air-flow to evacuate hot stale air away from the face and ensure zero fog. Lens vents are covered by hydrophobic foam that fights any water absorption inside the frame that could cause fogging.

WEATHER - LOCK GROOVE

A groove built into the frame that holds the core support gasket to eliminate snow from epic powder turns and all other elements from leaking inside the goggle.

OPTIMIZED UNIVERSAL HELMET INTEGRATION

Optimal top line shape for seamless fit with most helmet manufacturers and a silicone tacked strap to keep the strap where you want it.
